Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI would work through the basic mechanics of pitching. Including focused catch play drills to teach the new learners how to implement them in a pitching scenario.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonTeach the finer lines of pitching, such as mentality, mobility, stretching, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Lesson 2-3Progressing through drills to get the arm and lower body in the best positions for velocity and strikes.
