I worked with coach austin Ruffer when I was early into my high school baseball career. He helped me understand more about hitting and pitching. He taught what hard work meant. He always had a positive attitude and helped me in a development. I would recommend austin as a coach to anyone who is wanting to work hard and get a better understanding of baseball.
