Beginner training plan

Your first lessonProper warm-up routines, including active stretching and catchplay, understanding the functions of the body during the throw and the importance of proper conditioning.

Lesson 11+Learning how to properly throw off-speed pitches, and being aware of the proper techniques to do so to maintain arm health and safety.

Lesson 4-10More advanced learning of throwing strikes, establishing the ability to command the fastball.

Lesson 2-3Establishing proper mechanics on the mound, feeling the body in space, and establishing a routine to maintain arm health through pitch counts.
