Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will see how they are without my help and figure out what they want to get out of the lessons
Lesson 11+If they are a pitcher then they would start throwing from the mound, if they play in the field then I would start hitting the ground balls and pop flys.
Lesson 4-10Focus more on their skills and see what has improved or has not improved.
Lesson 2-3Start to work on the fundamentals of the game.
