Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWith evaluation to determine low hanging fruit and overall strengths and weaknesses.
Lesson 11+All depending on how development is going but definitely some more evaluation and testing with feedback to determine what comes next for each athlete individually
Lesson 4-10Depending on how fast they are progress possibly still working on making weaknesses our strengths, possibly starting to build on to to our current strengths.
Lesson 2-3To begin correcting bad habits and start sticking to a plan and executing drills.
Youth players
Working with teenagersI make each session competitive with several goals to complete which helps this age group keep focus and stay driven during the session.
What you need to bringPersonal equipment such as glove and bands even though I always have these things if necessary.
What I can bringBaseballs, bands, radar gun, and other personal equipment that is necessary.
