Beginner training plan
Your first lessonTee work and just breaking down the swing. Expectations on what to do outside of training to stay consistent and having fun.
Lesson 2-3Samething but with more soft toss and overhand bp. Having fun and just being better than lesson one.
What you need to bringBat(whatever you’re comfortable using), cleats, fielding glove/ batting gloves, helmet (if you want)
