Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn the first lesson, I’ll test said player on basic baseball fundamentals like fielding ground balls, hitting off the tee, and even throwing. If said player is brand spankin new to baseball, then we will start with the basics like how to field a ground ball, starting to find their swing off the tee, and teaching them how to throw (if they absolutely don’t know how to).
Lesson 11+Continue to progress by making drills faster: increase ground ball/line drive speed, height of fly balls/pop ups, with heightened intensity in strength and conditioning.
Lesson 4-10Make fine tweaks in what is comfortable in order to maximize performance on the field, along with introducing to strength and conditioning.
Lesson 2-3We will continue with the basics but progress in repitition in order to develop muscle memory for whatever feels comfortable in each section.
What you need to bringGlove, Hat, Bat, Batting Gloves (if needed), Cleats (if needed), and a GOOD ATTITUDE
