Your first lessonStart building confindence. Get a chance to see how the player moves athletically. Get an idea of strengths and things to start getting better at. Introduce some fun and challenging drills. Get video of the athlete in action. Start to build a routine that will help the athlete get better, faster. Give some homework, things the player can do by self or with parent.
What you need to bringEffort..Energy and Attitude are the best things you can bring! Of coarse you are welcome to bring your personal baseball equiptment
What I can bringI have everything needed but ball players come in different shapes and sizes so most bring thier own bat and or glove they are most comfortable using. Quite O.K. if you don't have one yet, you can certainly use one of mine until you do.
