Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will be analysis and some feedback. I video the lesson and analyze mechanics to develop a plan moving forward.
Lesson 11+Continued progression and repetitions.
Lesson 4-10Progression from the previous sessions with more advanced or varying drills.
Lesson 2-3Drills to focus on proper fundamentals and swing/fielding mechanics and footwork.
