Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI approach the first lesson with an evaluation to understand the athlete and how their body moves and what we need to work on in future lessons!
Lesson 2-3We will then tackle these issues in the next couple lessons by using video, radar guns and slow motion cameras
What you need to bringAll you will need is your glove and a pair of gym shoes!
What I can bringI will bring everything from weighted balls, bands, med balls, radar gun, and slow mo camera
