Your first lessonEVALUATION: Warm-up (15 mins) • Jog + Dynamic stretches • Arm circles, resistance bands, mobility drills Hitting (40 mins) • Tee work (10 mins): Focus on stance, balance, and swing path • Soft toss / Front toss (15 mins) Fielding (30 mins) • Infield: Ground balls (routine, backhand, slow rollers) • Outfield: Fly balls, crow hop technique • Glove work: Short hops, quick hands drills

Warm-Up (15 mins): Dynamic stretch, bands, hip mobility, shoulder prep Hitting (45 mins): • Tee + Constraint drills (barrel path, load separation) • Short bat / overload-underload training • Machine work: velocity, off-speed recognition • Situational hitting: hit & run, 2-strike approach

Lesson 11+✅ Advanced Training Priorities • Master mechanics, but train for adjustability • Train under fatigue, chaos, and pressure • Build explosiveness, speed, and durability • Sharpen competitive mindset, routines, and leadership

Lesson 4-10Hitting (60 mins): • Challenge BP (high velo, mix pitches) • Game-like reps (count progression, situational ABs) • Video analysis + swing breakdown • Eye tracking + pitch recognition training (colored balls, number reads)
