Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe basics of hitting, throwing, catching, running. Training whole movements and transitions to make skills cross over to all athletic movements required in baseball.
Lesson 2-3Further development of athletic movement patterns related to baseball performance. Start to learn skills specific to different positions on the field.
