About your baseball coach

Former collegiate player at Camden County College and professional athlete in Mexico, now dedicated to developing the next generation of players. I’ve coached with multiple programs and currently mentor with The Players Alliance, supported by Major League Baseball. I specialize in hitting, fielding, and the mental side of the game, creating a positive environment while tailoring each session to the athlete. Working with kidsI make it centered around fun and instruction. I show the kids what to do so they can mirror the training .
Working with teenagersI give more direct direction, videos to watch outside of training to help better understand our training session. This training is to prepare them for the challenges they will face from the High school level & up .

Through training with Coach Will, I have learned so much about the game of baseball both in playing and outside of that. Of course when training the targeted goal is to enhance your skills, and weather that’s hitting, fielding or baseball iq, Coach Will makes me better in all of them. Outside of baseball though, he has taught me so much about the determination and grit that it takes to be great in this game. And how while it is not an easy and short road, if you have love for baseball it will guide you to the top.

Coach makes baseball really fun and easy to understand. At first I was nervous, but he helped me feel confident right away. He shows you exactly what to do, whether it’s hitting, fielding, or throwing, and he makes sure you keep getting better every practice. My favorite part is how he teaches—you don’t just do drills, you actually learn why things matter. He always pushes you to try your best, but he’s also really positive and encouraging. Even when I mess up, he helps me fix it and tells me to keep going.

I've seen Will communicate with the kids and that's what has impressed me the most. Will make sure he gets down to the level of each kid so they understand and know that he is there to help them and not show them up. He's a great encourager.
