Working with teenagersI give more direct direction, videos to watch outside of training to help better understand our training session.
This training is to prepare them for the challenges they will face from the High school level & up .
What you need to bringAll baseball equipment. If you cannot just message what you will need and I will provide it .
What I can bringI can provide baseballs , training equipment required for the lesson & extra bat or glove if needed .
