I’ve been playing basketball for years just pickup with my friends and at my local 24 hour fitness but this is the first time I’ve had someone break down the game for me and critique me for everything I was doing right or wrong and it’s benefited me tremendously and I learned way more than I thought I would. This was so dope and I’ve learned so much from working with Coach Ali.

Working with kidsWith kids I make sure to go over the basics and help create a fun workout working on fundamentals and skills. I incorporate drills that will make them want to keep learning while enjoying the game.

Working with teenagersDepending on skill level and goals, I train teenagers by giving them great mental tips and tricks on how to be effective in games and how to play confidently. We focus on drills to enhance skills and as I teach them, I provide why each drill is important and effective.
