What you need to bringBring your A game !! Properly dressed to perform physical activities.. something comfortable & that you can move in .. bring a form of hydration such as water .. everything else is provided .
What I can bringI offer the proper gymnasium with workout equipment from my membership at 24 hour fitness .. I also have access to a multiple of workout centers .. I provide the workout equipment & forms of hydration ..
