Beginner training plan
Your first lessonLearning the basics of the game. Where the baseline and sidelines are located on the court. Understanding locations 1-9 are on the court and those spots are numbered.
Lesson 11+Everything that was taught in the previous lessons, and moving on to more advanced skill sets of learning basketball.
Lesson 4-10How to recognize when to get pass a defender. How to recognize when to stop and shoot the basketball once you get pass a defender. Knowing where your teammates should be located at when you get pass a defender.
Lesson 2-3How to dribble the basketball, how to keep the basketball away from defenders. The correct form when shooting the basketball, how to hold the basketball in order to shoot the basketball correctly.
