Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe learn the rules and the dos and donts of basketball, then we learn our strengths and weaknesses within our gameplay
Lesson 11+We are confident and ready to play the game the way it’s supposed to be played and being our best selves on the court
Lesson 4-10By this time we are progressing to the desired aspects of gameplay and conditioning and endurance.
Lesson 2-3We develop a skill set and assign temporary positions training based off of student tendencies
