Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson it’s all about establishing trust, fun, goal setting and a full evaluation of fundamental skill level.
Lesson 11+After lesson 11 we will reevaluate out goals. We will take a look at our accomplishments and make new goals. 2-3 months in the expectation is that we are getting more focused, and we are applying all the skills we are using during practice In games. We will seek out 2 on 2 games and 3 on 3 games.
Lesson 4-10After the 4th lesson we’re doing drills, building upper body strength and learning new skills and expanding on moves that we do really well. We will play more 1 on 1 too!
Lesson 2-32nd and 3rd lesson we are building conditioning, fine tuning fundamentals, and playing one on one.
Youth players
Working with teenagersI have fun games I like to play when we do drills and I try and make everything a competition.
What you need to bringBasketball shoes, no jewelry and athletic clothes.
