Beginner training plan

Your first lessonDepending on where skill level is I want to to test your skills, strength, IQ and agility. If you are starting from the beginning with no experience lessons may be more focused on one thing at a time as I will help you unravel skills all around to be put together for the game to be easier.

Lesson 11+Lessons 11 plus is about polishing everything that we have been working on together and still continue to master skills that I am teaching you about the game.

Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 depending if you’re a beginner, pre season, mid season or off season will determine what drills and intensity of training.

Lesson 2-3Lessons 2-3 will all pick up from first lesson and continue on depending on skill levels.

Advanced training plan

Your first lessonFirst lesson will all be based on previous conversations before training and getting to know what we are trying to get out of it. Weather it’s from having a consistent rebounder, helping with strength and agility etc I am willing to work with what the missing pieces are to your game and polishing skills.

Lesson 11+Based on previous lessons and agreements on what needs to be worked on next as I will help sharpen IQ for the game and where I see needs improvement and will work just as hard as the person I am training to help reach these goals.

Youth players

Working with kidsWith my knowledge and experience from running kids camps and previous coaching of kids, I love helping the youth and making the game fun and helping improve kids skills for the game as well. I knew that the first time touching the ball as a kid and watching live games and training with my dad, there was nothing more that I looked forward to. So I believe I can bring that same enjoyment to kids that I work with.

Working with teenagersHow I adapt my lessons for teenagers is more on a discipline route. Whether we’re starting from the beginning or have been playing for awhile, as a teenager having discipline and major focus is what will help you succeed in the game and in life. I was lucky enough to work with many coaches who have taught me lessons on and off the court about having discipline. So that is something that I will base around every workout for teenagers who want to seek improvement.
