Your first lessonBasketball Basics & Footwork
• Warm-Up (10 min): Jogging, high knees, butt kicks, dynamic stretches
• Drills (30 min):
• Triple-threat stance
• Jab steps
• Defensive slides
• Jump stops and pivots
• Game/Activity (15 min): Footwork relay races
• Cool-Down (5 min): Light jog and static stretching
Lesson 2-3Session 2: Ball Handling - Control & Confidence
• Warm-Up (10 min): Ball slaps, fingertip taps, around-the-body circles
• Drills (30 min):
• Stationary dribbling (right/left hand, low/high)
• Pound dribbles, figure 8 dribbling
• Walking dribble with head up
• Game/Activity (15 min): Red light/green light dribble race
• Cool-Down (5 min)
Session 3: Passing Techniques
• Warm-Up (10 min): Partner passing on the move
• Drills (30 min):
• Chest, bounce, and overhead passes
• Pass & cut drills
• Wall passing (solo)
• Game/Activity (15 min): Passing knockout or monkey in the middle
• Cool-Down (5 min)
