Beginner training plan

Your first lessonLearn names and meet and Greet Stretches and one around the park. Triple threat Basketball ball dribbling and cross over and hesitation dribble and in and out dribble Layup, Floater, midrange, three pointer, step back and catch and shoot Defense slides man to man and 2 3 zone defense. Then we do pass and catch bounce and chest. Pick and roll and pick and pop 3 man weave 5 out passing with dribble hand offs Scrimmage to review 3 point knockout.

Lesson 11+They can expect many more lessons but will see their player development and confidence in themselves.

Lesson 4-10Warm ups Stretches Shake and bake off the screens off ball and on ball. 5 out dribble handoffs Double drag screen with dribble hand offs with shake and bake cuts. 4 out cut for open shooter and post up Ring around the roses Scrimmage. High screens and low screens Defense communications Help defense. Bring energy and effort create opportunity on offense. Review all 10 lessons Tournament Scrimmage

My passion lies in unlocking each player's potential through personalized training and fostering a supportive learning environment. 🏀 I also have experienced teaching basketball as I currently at the YMCA for almost ten years as well as co-coaching AAU for 2 years and high school 2 years. I love teaching and help young athletes to be successful by challenging them to both competitive with creative, inspiration, passion, as well as playing with joy and for fun.
