Your first lessonThe first lesson always acts as an evaluation of a player. We go through a series of tests to understand what level skill a player is at. That way I can develop a plan from there
Lesson 2-3A more honed in and specific set of training. High reps and high usage of the ball working on one thing over and over until we get it
Lesson 4-10By the 4th session you will be more comfortable with the training. I will start to specify and train a bit harder to wield better results as time goes on
