Beginner training plan

Your first lessonEvaluation; a few minutes watching the players/clients free play , shoot , dribble. I coach with patient, details and positive reinforcement. So day one you handle the ball 80% to 90% of lesson. And drills will be progressive learning.

Lesson 11+Continue on goals and feedback

Lesson 4-10Positive reinforcement, challenging drills and reevaluation. Building confidence in your offense and defense training

Lesson 2-3Again progressive drilling based on your level. Example foot work , stance, dribbling , passing and shooting. We will set goals, short and long term.
