Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI would say the first lesson is we would start with where the client level of basketball is at. If there a beginner or intermediate then I would start with them some conditioning drills and basic fundamental drills like dribbling, layups, and shooting. Also defensive drills
Lesson 11+The remaining lessons it’s all about now what we need to polished up in the clients game. How can we get better at certain moves on offense. Being a great defender, a great communicator/leader as well. Creating a strong mentality understanding that they’re people out there working everyday to become better and working harder than you.
Lesson 4-10Once it gets to multiple lessons we’re trying to put in game like situations the speed of the drills the change of pace. This where being efficient and hard work comes in.
Lesson 2-3We start with putting into play doing conditioning first before we start any drill to warm the body up. Then working on dribbling drills form shooting layup drills incorporating defensive drills as well.
What you need to bringIf you have a ball and Jump rope bring with you. If you have like any pads and a ladder for footwork you can also bring that.
