I’ve been working with Coach I since my junior college days and even now through my pro career. What I like about working with Coach I is that he tailors the workouts to my strengths while also adding elements to help strengthen my weaknesses.

The knowledge base of drills. Coach I has en extensive amount of drills that he implements in my trainings. I really have seen an improvement in my overall game.

My first skills session went really good. I enjoyed the drills we did and I understood where those drills can come in play when in a game. My favorite part of it was the 3v3, we got some good action against some good competition.
