Your first lessonFundamental dribbling, passing and shooting.
Lesson 11+Advanced crossover dribble moves, creating scoring moves with defense at game speed.
Lesson 4-10Being able to dribble without looking at the ball. Advanced crossover dribble moves, creating scoring moves with defense.
Lesson 2-3All the things from the first lesson, but at a faster pace.
Youth players
Working with kidsStarting slow, making basketball fun while teaching fundamentals. I focus on building a strong foundation in the basics while incorporating age-appropriate drills and exercises that keep their interest and energy levels high.
