Started with Coach Joe struggling to be able to shoot the ball and finish around the rim. Coach taught me so much and my jump shot and ability to score around the rim improved. He taught me keys and trick moves to help me fly past defenders and hit contested shots and I built up my confidence on the court because of him.

Coach Joe taught me how to become an elite shooter and I completely rebuilt my jump shot with his guidance and support. Such an amazing and fun guy with a passion for the game.

Started playing basketball in 2018 and met Coach Joe at a park and ever since he has been my private coach and has taught me everything. I’ve learned so much and my skills as a basketball player have improved significantly. He taught me how to play as a team player but also how to play the game the right way and fall in love with it. I highly recommended him. I only gave him 4 stars because I wanted to mess with him.

Wanted to work on my athleticism and ability to get my shot off quick and Joe helped me do that. He taught me different ways to stretch and also expand your body to help me move faster, jump higher, and feel like I’d never run out of energy. Coach also helped me became an efficient shooter and because of him I’ve been playing the best basketball of my life.

Your first lesson1: Warm Up (10 Min)
Dynamic Stretching: Arm Circles, High Knees, Lunges, etc…
Cardio: Light Running, Footwork, Loosen Up
2: Basic Dribbling Skills ( 15 Min)
Stationary Dribbling: Pound Dribbles, Crossover, Right/Left Hand
Walking Dribble: Slow Dribble While Moving
3: Passing Fundamentals (10 Min)
Chest Pass/ Bounce Pass
Passing While Moving
4: Shooting Basics ( 15 Min)
Form Shooting: (BEEF Method: Balance, Eyes, Elbow, Follow-Through)
Layup Practice: Right and Left Hand
Spot Shooting: Shooting 5 Shots From Different Places On Court.
