Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI want to instill the basic of fundamentals
Lesson 11+focus on proper form, break down complex movements, utilize visualization, and vary drills. Additionally, emphasize game strategy, situational awareness, and watching game film for analysis and learning.
Lesson 2-3, focus on building a strong foundation by mastering fundamental skills like dribbling, shooting, passing, and defensive stance. Introduce these skills gradually, emphasizing proper technique and repetition through engaging drills and games.
Youth players
