Coach Josh has given me some key insights on how I’ve approached the game of basketball. Both from a student and coaching standpoint. Honestly I can’t even explain it. It all in the work, you just have to be there to understand that Josh has a knack for understanding what’s needed and applying it to each person. Has I struggled through a lot of things mental things coaching Josh work me through were I was right at apply pressure and wrong at relieving and because of this now my student thrive and don’t under preform but exceed expectations. Honestly I even get to express more enthusiasm because do feeling like I’m holding back. Josh is an incredible person once understand that he’s really there the kids!

If you’re not ready to work, Coach Josh isn’t for you. Every session is high energy, locked in, and about business. He holds you accountable like no one else I’ve trained with — there’s no going through the motions. Everything is game-speed, and he expects you to bring it every time. His knowledge of the game and preparation for the next level is crazy. We work on real scenarios — from creating space, reading defenses, to finishing under pressure. Josh trains you like you’re already in the league. That’s the standard he sets, and I respect it.

I’ve worked with a lot of trainers, but Coach Josh stands out because he actually listens. He knows how to motivate without overdoing it, and he knows when to challenge you versus when to build you up. My confidence has gone through the roof because I’ve learned to trust my skills and stay composed under pressure. The way Josh explains things makes it all click, and he holds you accountable in a way that feels respectful, not harsh. I’m not just a better player now, I’m a smarter one too.

Coach Josh is the real deal. His attention to detail is what separates him. I used to get by on raw talent, but Coach Josh helped me refine my fundamentals and clean up the small things that make a big difference. He doesn’t let you settle – every session has purpose, and I leave knowing I got better. Mentally, he’s helped me approach the game with more discipline and confidence. I recommend him to anybody serious about taking their game to the next level, especially if you want someone who’s really locked in on YOUR growth.

Coach Josh doesn’t sugarcoat anything, and that’s what I needed. From day one, he’s pushed me to think and play like an elite athlete. The sessions are intense — no wasted time, no shortcuts. He breaks down the smallest details and makes sure you execute them at a high level. His preparation goes beyond the court too — we talk mindset, recovery, and how to stay locked in for opportunities. I came in as a decent player, but now I’m on track to really compete at the next level. If you’re serious about the grind, Coach Josh is who you want.
