Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lessons are an assessment of skill level and begin with basic drills such as dribbling, shooting and passing.
Lesson 11+From their remaining lessons, a beginner will see an overall increase in their basketball development, knowledge, confidence and skill.
Lesson 4-10From their fourth to tenth lesson, a beginner will begin to see increased confidence, knowledge and improvement in their basketball skills.
Lesson 2-3From their second and third lessons, a beginner can expect to work on drills that will develop their skills in all areas and facets of the game of basketball.
