Beginner training plan

Your first lessonMy first lesson is a detailed evaluation to get a good sense of where we need to go in a training program.

Lesson 11+This is a follow up from the previous sessions, incorporating new drills, start implementation of new programs and drills.

Lesson 4-10This is where we start to get real comfortable working together and start implementing change. Lessons 4-10 are very specific on what we are trying to change and hit those hoops goals.

Lesson 2-3I’m a high energy trainer who incorporates my unique style into a program. The first 2-3 lessons will be a chance to share training program, focus/drill on fundamentals, and start working on the key concepts from the initial evaluation.

I launched Get There Training, a basketball academy in Albuquerque, NM, where I personally trained youth, collegiate, and professional athletes, helping them reach their peak performance.
