Beginner training plan
Your first lessonStart off by doing basic drills to see where current skill level is at
Lesson 11+Can expect to be more fit and have a wider range of knowledge for the game while having new skills to showcase
Lesson 4-10Start to get more intense and hard as we will work on both skill and conditioning to improve game overall
Lesson 2-3Start to work more on your biggest weakness while still working to improve your biggest strength as well
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI evaluate their skill set through intense drills, challenge their weaknesses, and set the tone—this ain’t basic training, it’s high-level development.
Lesson 11+Sessions mimic pro-level reps. Fast-paced, competitive, and mentally demanding. Everything’s tailored to elevate decision-making, efficiency, and impact at game speed under pressure.
Lesson 4-10Now it’s separation moves, off-ball reads, situational scoring, defensive IQ, and stamina work. We push pace, punish bad habits, and build playmaker instincts.
