Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI approach the first lesson as a student try to learn what you are good at and what you want to improve on. We will work on the basics like dribbling, finishing at the rim and catch and shoot drills.
Lesson 11+Continue to develop and make small adjustments to create confidence while playing basketball.
Lesson 4-10A little bit more fast pace should start getting more comfortable with what we will be doing during the training sessions. Begin working on new things that you haven’t done to become a better player.
Lesson 2-3Lesson 2 we will work on what you are good at to continue getting better at it. Then at the end work on weaknesses and figure out why it’s a weakness and what we can do to get better.
