Your first lessonThe first thing is to gauge what you will need to teach before applying your training. Learning where to start is a must.
Lesson 11+After numerous workouts we could expect game-like speed and work ethic that will push the client to their max potential.
Lesson 4-10We can expect an increase in tempo and skill design for their workout. Anything previous will be increased such as more reps or more steps in their drill.
Lesson 2-3By the second meeting we can expect to get into light work that’s engaging and meaningful. We want to work out with a purpose.
