Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will work on dribbling with both hands in different situations on the court. We will also work on shooting shots like layups and mid-range shots. Shooting form and correct posture will also be introduced.
Lesson 11+Mastery of ideas introduced in lesson 1.
Lesson 4-10Students can encouraged to find their own style of basketball within these lessons. Whether they are jump shooters, the driving in type, and/or both. From this perspective, students will continue to master their goals.
Lesson 2-3Increasing knowledge and motor footwork of basketball fundamentals and work on the basics of dribbling and shooting.
What you need to bringStudents are encouraged to bring a basketball that they are comfortable using throughout the lesson.
