How it works

Beginner training plan

Your first lessonWell First, I see where you are at with the game of basketball. I see what you know already and what hand you are, what position you play. then we work on the basics, layups, footwork, jump shots. and the basic fundamentals.

Lesson 11+we are going to continue to get better! and to use the skills that we learned both mentally and physically

Lesson 4-10whatever plan we came up with! we are going to go step by step till we master that plan!

Lesson 2-3we are really going to focus on skill development and mental development of basketball as well.

With 24 years devoted, My name is Nick Ward I am currently an professional basketball player and recognized as one of the top 15 players in Michigan State history, where he starred under Tom Izzo and helped lead the Spartans to multiple NCAA Tournament runs. After declaring for the NBA Draft and playing Summer League with the Atlanta Hawks, he built a successful international career, competing at a high level with top clubs including Sporting CP in Portugal, Metropolitans 92 in France, and Panteras de Aguascalientes in Mexico. Known for his dominant scoring, rebounding, and efficiency, Ward continues to play professional basketball at a high level around the world. Played at every level and I know what it takes. I will be Tough, also very teaching and understanding as well.
