Beginner training plan
Your first lessonBegin with basic learning skills that can be used throughout development.
Lesson 11+Student stays engaged and pushes themselves. Drills begin to get harder but major improvements are noticeable.
Lesson 4-10Pushing you to your fullest. Expectation of skills being sharpened and an equally engaged student.
Lesson 2-3A slight increase of intensity as well as an expectation for knowledge of previous lesson and skills.
