Beginner training plan
Your first lessonAsk questions about their history of playing. Then, I will evaluate each individuals skills with some basic drills. After evaluating, I will lay out a plan for the next training and what to focus on.
Lesson 11+Positive results will occur from the work and dedication at this point. Continuing to work hard and stay consistent will be key to growth for each individual.
Lesson 4-10Continue to monitor the needs of each student as they move forward with trainings. Making sure their is growth and progress with each session before we move forward.
Lesson 2-3Implementing the correct fundamental skills training program to help each individual grow. Depending on the level of each individual, this will determine what sills work we begin trainings with.
