Beginner training plan

Your first lessonAs a beginner, beginners will learn how to move with feet and hands when having ball in possession

Lesson 11+Combos and moves out of a triple threat stance plus the learning of how team is played so students can meet both sides of the court to advance to another level.

Lesson 4-10I expect students to have a medium to high process of mastering the basic fundamentals. As we will keep working on those so students can use these to play in a game or where ever they may compete.

Lesson 2-3Work on more fundamentals included with shooting to get a feel of what moving around with the ball transitioning into shooting feels like

Advanced training plan

Your first lessonCatch and shooting. As well as small combos transitioning into a jumpshot for students to learn new moves.

Lesson 11+Reading defenders defensive moves for iq and developing a feel of experience for students to get when on the court.

Lesson 4-10Catch and shoot plus footwork going into the interior for close finishes plus moves to learn that will end up letting you drive to the rim or shoot a jumpshot
