Lesson 4-10Working in there new found fundamentals with there natural skill at the fastest level they can move to sharpen reflexes in high pace game
Lesson 2-3First 30 minutes we’ll target dribbling and layups and rules last 30 developing there natural skill into the rules

Your first lessonKnowledge what do you know besides fundamentals how do you block out thought and live in the blur
Lesson 11+Overall skill development while in there fastest moments then live 1 on 1s with me with stops in between errors and the reaction development to me resuming defense or offense at random throughout conversation to build competitive fun and reflex and situational awareness
