I had the pleasure to train with Coach Elle and she taught me that becoming the best player I can be can help me in other areas of my life if I apply myself. She told me that basketball can keep me out of the streets if I focus on where I really want to be in life. She is a great Coach.

Coach Elle is a great coach, she is detailed and she helped me strengthen the areas where I wasn’t that strong in. Now I’m doing better with my left hand dribbling & shooting the lay up!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonStretching and running is the best way to get warmed up so we will begin there. Learning Rules & the engagement of the game.
Lesson 11+Scrimmages & playing basket ball, going over weakness & strengthening them. Competing with other students.
Lesson 4-10Shooting & defending the ball, ball handling, running plays, working on strong areas & acknowledging areas that need work.
