Your first lesson1️⃣ Start with a Friendly Introduction
• Greet them warmly by name.
• Ask about their basketball experience (if any) and what they hope to improve.
• Let them know my coaching style: “We’ll have fun, work hard, and focus on getting a little better each time.”
Start with a warm-up, then work on ball handling, some footwork, a bit of shooting, and finish with a fun challenge.

Lesson 2-3Session 2 should build off Session 1’s foundation while keeping it fun and confidence building.
Reinforce ball handling, introduce new dribble moves, improve finishing, and basic passing.

What you need to bringPlease bring your basketball shoes, athletic gear, water, and a towel. If you have a personal ball, feel free to bring it too. Most importantly — bring your best attitude and energy!
What I can bringBasketballs ( various sizes, if training youth or adults)
Cones/ markers - for dribbling drills, agility and shooting spots
Agility Ladder - footwork, speed and coordination drills.
Resistance Bands - for strength, explosiveness, and defensive slide training
Weighted Basketball (optional) — to build hand strength and improve shooting range
Stopwatch / timer — for drill timing and competitive challenges
Jump rope — warm-up, footwork, and conditioning
