Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lessons will show me the skill package you already have ie; shooting form, dribbling, passing, layups, and defense.
Lesson 11+Once we’ve reached a mastered fundamental skill set, hard training starts. How can you play at the college level? Cardio, timed shooting with goals, speed dribbling, difficult passes ect.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 we’ll start combinations, how to read your defender and what skills can be used to score.
Lesson 2-3After your assessment from the first lesson, lesson 2-3 will cater to your weaknesses. What can we do to ensure you have a well rounded game.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonTimes drills with set goals you must reach. Notes will be taken on shooting form, dribbling accuracy, and passing accuracy, as well as defensive stance and basic IQ.
Lesson 11+The game plan to get you into a good college, or increase playing time, whatever your goal is, will be in these lessons. Hard cardio, timed shooting drills where goals must be met, rough dribbling combinations and more.
