About your boxing coach
I have worked with a lot of boxing practitioners through out the years(10 years). I taught the most inexperience boxers, the recreational boxer, and the boxer who was preparing for a competition. You will feel confident with whatever you decide to utilize your boxing training for. If you want to use your boxing for general fitness or a workout to get you into shape or just for you to get a sweat you will! If you decide I will use these skills to defend or spar you will be able to do exactly that
