Your first lessonFundamentals: Offense, defense, footwork, conditioning.
Lesson 11+Intro to sparring.
Lesson 4-10Putting different combos together including defensive movements, footwork, frames, parrying, and head movement.
Lesson 2-3Putting basic combos together including linear and lateral movement
