Beginner training plan
Your first lessonLesson 1 will begin with an assessment of your physical capabilities. Covering the basics of footwork. As well as going over foundational punches.
Lesson 11+Lesson 11- on students will begin to in corporate defensive skills such as head movement,and blocking to continue to sharpen technical skills such as timing,reaction, and distance.
Lesson 4-10Lesson 4-10 students will continue to work on boxing fundamentals and foundational skills. Through different modalities such as bagwork,focus mitts and reaction/reflex exercises.
Lesson 2-3Lesson 2-3 students will begin working on punching techniques on the focus mitts and continue to cover the importance of footwork and physical conditioning.
