I've been working with Lonnie for over 2 years and listen this guy is amazing, he pushes you to your full potential and when you think you have nothing left he pushes you to find out you had more, I feel great, my energy level is amazing and when I look in the mirror I am happy. I have shaved 6 inches off my waist and 30lbs and gained 10lbs of lean muscle I FEEL AMAZING!

I've been training with Lonnie at Lonnie's Flat-Line Boxing for roughly 8 months, I knew nothing about boxing, He takes his time and really shows you how to do things correctly and is very patient. I recommend him to anyone that want to learn to fight and defend themselves or simply learn the fundamentals and advance techniques of the sport of boxing

Im new to boxing and Lonnie is my first boxing trainer. Within 6 months I been with him I learned so much technique and my Knowledge has grown since being with Lonnie. Excellent boxing training with coach over at Lonnie’s flatline boxing. Coach is friendly and he pushes you at all ability levels.

I was training with Lonnie at his gym first to get in shape I wanted to gain muscle, I saw his boxing class and I was already aware of his patience and his ability to really train, dur to the fact I had gained 5lbs of muscle already, so I asked him about boxing, and he is great he really takes his time and you will get in the absolute best shape of your life, if you're thinking about training with him DONT! YOU NEED TO HIT HIM UP AND GET STARTED, HE IS THE BEST!

I am a woman and at first I was skeptical about hiring a make trainer being I am married and that could have caused issues but I am so glad I hired Lonnie, he is very patient and very respectful, he makes me feel very comfortable without pressure and answering all questions. I've had several trainers he is by far the best, simply from boxing and some functional training I have lost 10lbs and I feel great. He is a must try
