Coach Yvette will help you find out where your weaknesses are, and then she will help mold and develop you whatever hidden strengths you have, so that you are all the more resilient in the face of adversity. Her workouts will test your limits, and they provide all the necessary elements/ingredients to make you highly conditioned, and ultimately confident in your abilities, because more likely than not, you will have more stamina and endurance than most opponents you’d face. I don’t know too many people who grinds as hard as coach Yvette. Her workouts are next level. Give her a try!

I’ve been working out with Yvette the owner of Mai SAV Fitness for over 3 years now and she has given me results that no other workout gyms has given me. She’s helped me reach my goals, her workouts help me de-stress and she’s an amazing friend. Her program has given each one of us the results we have been looking for and we have also gained a network of friends who all share the same mindset and goals and all like to motivate and cheer each other on.

Yvette is an incredible coach and an even better person! She has been the best trainer I’ve ever had, and the results are the proof. Her workouts are challenging yet fun, and she is so good at motivating and encouraging her clients to push harder than they ever thought they could achieve. Every week Yvette brings a different full body workout to us, it never gets boring! She pushes us to a better level to a fit level. Her kickboxing classes are not only for my body but also for my mind, all problems and stress disappear in kicks and punches. I love her charisma and her passion.
