Beginner training plan
Your first lessonMost importantly is first getting to know the player personally and how they approach sports as well as life. Base line tests of speed, agility, and strength.
Lesson 11+Drilling home the basic fundamentals while continuing to progress into more difficult and specified drills
Lesson 4-10Locking into what position they desire to focus on and incorporating drills that strive to increase their specific ability. As well as incorporation of dynamic and versatile drills that can be done daily.
Lesson 2-3Moving into repetition of core skill training and drills that form the fundamentals at their position and general athleticism.
